Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout your membership. GTR33 conducts a comprehensive Identity Verification (KYC) process to ensure the validity of each member's information. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your GTR33 account password. GTR33 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your password secure. Please contact the GTR33 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

Fund Deposits and Withdrawals

GTR33 supports a wide range of popular local payment methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All transactions are conducted entirely in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no foreign currency conversion fees.

• Money Laundering: Using gtr33 for any money laundering or illegal activity financing
• Use of Unauthorized Software: Using bots, automated scripts, or unauthorized third-party software to interact with the gtr33 platform
• Collusion: Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Unauthorised Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback on a legitimate transaction via a payment provider

GTR33 continuously monitors all activity on the platform. Should any activity in violation of these terms be detected, GTR33 reserves the right to take immediate action, including account freezing, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

Account Closure and Suspension

Voluntary Account Closure by Member

You have the right to close your GTR33 account at any time by contacting the GTR33 customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible account balances will be processed for withdrawal, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and required KYC checks.

Closure or Suspension by gtr33

GTR33 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent activity, manipulation, or suspicious behaviour
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the stipulated timeframe
• Request from relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies

GTR33 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and GTR33's servers. Your personal data will not be sold, transferred, or disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law or necessary to operate GTR33's services (such as payment processing by authorised financial service providers).

GTR33 Limitation of Liability

GTR33 provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, GTR33 disclaims all express or implied warranties relating to its platform and services.

Gtr33's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Amendment of Terms and Applicable Law

Right to Amend

GTR33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at its absolute discretion. All amendments will be published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the GTR33 platform after amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Official Language

These Terms and Conditions are published in Bahasa Malaysia as the official version. In the event of any discrepancy between different language versions, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall prevail.

Severability

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be found invalid, unenforceable, or inapplicable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the other provisions.
